# Bordr Maxxi 0.5.0 — native market policy preview

The SDK/source preview is published for review. Programs, rewards and the Workshop
preset are not live. No mainnet transaction or paid submission was made.

## The proposed rule

95% of the distributable creator-fee reward budget goes to original BORDR stakers.
The remaining 5% goes equally to registered, supported native Bordrless cohorts
that have **over $10,000 of recent volume OR over $10,000 of real SOL liquidity**.
The total ecosystem allocation can instead be fixed at 1–5%, or disabled for a
100% BORDR launch. It is not 5% per token and adds no Maxxi trading tax.

A cohort is a token mint, not a ticker. Both BCAT mints may qualify independently.
No BCAT/CHM beneficiary allowlist is compiled into the programs. Creating a token
does not register it: a payer initializes its verified payout route and observation
account; admission then requires a permissionless, onchain market proof.

## Precisely what the metrics mean

- Genuine native mint ownership and revoked mint/freeze/hook authorities.
- A canonical Bordrless DEX pool for that mint, quoted in bridged SOL.
- Liquidity is the value of the pool's **real SOL reserve alone**, excluding
virtual reserves, uncollected fees and a hypothetical valuation of its tokens.
- Recent volume is a conservative delta of the pool's cumulative quote-volume
counter between a recorded checkpoint within the previous 24 hours and now.
One first checkpoint per hour is retained in a 25-slot ring. Missing history
undercounts volume; lifetime volume is never silently called daily volume.
- A pool created inside the window may use its genuine zero-volume creation
origin. Older volume-only tokens need observation history before admission.
- USD conversion uses a fully verified Pyth SOL/USD account, at most 120 seconds
old, no future timestamp, confidence no wider than 1%, and `price - confidence`.
This values observed SOL volume at the current conservative USD price; it is
not a sum of historical dollar prices or an exact copy of the website's chart.

Website/indexer figures and screenshot examples are labelled display previews.
They are not accepted by the programs as evidence. A caller cannot type a volume,
liquidity amount, token ticker, beneficiary or arbitrary payout into the contract.

## Daily roster and payouts

Anyone can refresh the roster after its daily expiry. A full ordered scan of
all registered markets must finish within ten minutes; an incomplete/stale scan
cannot activate a partial list. Expired rosters hold new ecosystem fees until
refresh; an abandoned scan can be restarted after its deadline. New admissions
while a scan runs wait for the next scan. The initial bounded registry holds 128
markets; larger registries require a reviewed new version.

The hub uses cumulative equal-weight cohort accounting. Remainders are retained,
repeat forwards pay nothing twice, new cohorts cannot inherit allocated rewards,
and already earned amounts survive a later loss of eligibility. If no supported
cohort qualifies, new distributable ecosystem funds go to the fixed BORDR pool.
There is no operations beneficiary or authority-controlled recipient override.

Supported payout routes:

1. **Native kit SOL rewards:** coins such as the compatible BCAT and CHM keep
tokens in wallets. Relay transactions feed their existing one-hour streams.
2. **Plain native tokens without a transfer hook:** coins such as GENNY can use
a separate staking cohort. Deposits have a seven-day withdrawal lock, top-ups
restart it, and SOL rewards follow deposited units within that token.
3. **Custom transfer hooks:** require a dedicated reviewed adapter. Market
qualification alone does not make custody safe. These tokens are not silently
enrolled or sent funds by this version; Half Life is one such current example.

A plain-native cohort needs actual stakes to enter the paid roster. Native-kit
eligibility may delay its downstream stream. Forwarding batches wait for at
least 0.001 SOL. The Workshop's general keeper only steps the adopting script;
observations, roster refreshes, hub forwards and native streams still require
permissionless transactions. No paid hosted executor was enabled.

## Release and economic limits

This is a breaking predeployment SDK release: new development IDs, version-4
accounts, a 147-byte pool, 77-byte script state and 12-byte launch terms. Old
0.4.0 source/SDK are archived; no deposits migrate. The source draft must be
rebuilt with reviewed production identities before Workshop submission.

Thresholds filter market presence; they do not prove organic trading. Wash
trading and temporary liquidity can qualify under an OR rule. Equal token
weights can also be influenced by launching multiple qualifying tokens. The
5% cap limits the reward budget affected; it does not eliminate these issues.

Local rehearsals use real protocol programs, public accounts, disposable keys
and fictional funds. Holder balances and oracle timestamps are explicitly
controlled in some tests. This is not an independent audit, mainnet deployment,
paid Workshop acceptance or the requested ~0.01 SOL funded acceptance test.
Current compiled-size rent estimates are supplied separately. No rent was paid.
Making the custody core immutable permanently commits its program rent.

## Source-preview announcement draft

Bordr Maxxi now has a native-token eligibility policy.

The proposed preset directs 95% of distributable rewards to BORDR stakers and
5% across supported Bordrless coins with over $10k in recent volume or real
SOL liquidity. Token identities, thresholds and payouts are checked on chain.

Workshop review and mainnet deployment are next. Rewards are not live yet.
